So here how we start :-

1. Go to this link(Google Alert)

2. Search for the topic you want to get results as you start typing Google will show you some suggestion if they match your criteria select.

3. Click on create alert button . Thats how an alert is , but always enter a valid e-mail address to get alerts.

Editing/ Updating  an alert 

A google alert can be edited for the language , region and how often google will alert you in day.
