They are usually covered up in layers of make-up. So it's refreshing to spot Bollywood celebs without makeup sometimes. Let's take a look at heroines who lovely without the powder.

Actresses around the world look pretty with make-up, but only a few of them manage to look beautiful without it. Yami Gautam is one such example, believes her "Badlapur" co-star Varun Dhawan.

Asked about his experience of working with the "Vicky Donor" actress, Varun said: "She is a lovely girl and a wonderful actress, and one of the prettiest actresses without make-up. She looks so pretty even without make-up." 

1. Yami Gautam 

Yami Gautam was born in a Himachali family in Bilaspur, Himachal Pradesh and was brought up in Chandigarh. Gautam made her Bollywood debut with the film Vicky Donor. Upon release, the film was a critical and commercial success, and Gautam gained positive reviews for her performance.  And she is sure pretty.

2 . Alia Bhatt

Alia Bhatt is the daughter of filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt and actress Soni Razdan. Bhatt first appeared on screen as a child artist in a minor role in the thriller Sangharsh As an adult, she made her acting debut alongside Sidharth Malhotra and Varun Dhawan in Karan Johar's romantic drama Student of the Year.

Anushka Sharma is one of the most popular actresses in India. Born in Ayodhya and raised in Bangalore, Sharma had her first modelling assignment for the fashion designer Wendell Rodricks in 2007 and later moved to Mumbai to pursue a full-time career as a model. Following an audition at Yash Raj Films, she made her screen debut opposite Shah Rukh Khan in Aditya Chopra's Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi (2008), for which she received her first Filmfare Award for Best Actress nomination. The sleeper hit Band Baaja Baaraat (2010) marked a turning point in her career, earning her praise and several accolades.
