How to receive Adsense payments via EFT ( Electronic Fund Transfer)

Electronic funds transfer (EFT) is the electronic transfer of money from one bank account to another, either within a single financial institution or across multiple institutions, through computer-based systems and without the direct intervention of bank staff. EFTs are known by a number of names. In the United States, they may be referred to as electronic checks or e-checks.

For Adsense publisher who receives AdSense payments via cheque has to wait for receive payments in their account and this is long process while EFT is quick and you don't need to go bank to cash in your Adsense Cheque.EFT is fast, secure and recommended by Google.

To sign up for EFT, you need to provide your bank account details and test deposit verification. If you have a Paypal account you might be familiar with the test deposit verification process.

Signing up for EFT payments is a three step process as follow:-

A) Bank Account Information:-

1. Open your AdSense account.

2. Click the gear icon on top left of the screen > Payments > Visit payment settings.

3. In "Available form of payment " section click on Add new bank account or Add a new form of payment.

4. Enter your bank account information be sure to add the correct information, you may consult your bank representative for this.After entering the information click on save.

B) Test Deposit Verification 

Once you enter your bank account information, Google  begins the process of depositing a small test amount into the bank account you specified. This process takes a few days, so check your bank statements after 4-10 days to find the deposit. The deposit ranges from around $0.10 to $1.99 (or equivalent in your local currency). Depending on the country in which your bank is located, the deposit will be labeled as one of the following:

AFS RE GOOGLE

AFS RE GOOGLE ADSENSE

ARVATO FINANCE SERVICES LIMITED

BFS FINANCE LTD

CITIBANK IRELAND FINANCIAL SERVICES

Google AdSense Payment

Note: - For Countries Bulgaria, Gibraltar, Iceland, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Romania, and South Africa publisher don't need to verify the account with test deposit.

C) Test Deposit verification with Adsense Account 

When you got your bank statement and you find the amount deposited with above-labeled names you need to verify these with AdSense account:-

1. Click on the gear icon and select payments, then visit your payment settings.

2. In the "Payment Settings, " section click verify this account. If you don't see verify account link wait for a couple of days as Google needs to update.

3.In the box enter the amount from your bank statement and click next. If you entered correct amount your bank account will be approved.

4. Select this payment method as your default payment method.

Conclusion: - Currently Google doesn't allow to correct wrong bank account or unverified account to be edited.So be careful when adding account information.If you set up EFT as your default payment method for your march's earning then complete the above steps before the 20th of the April.
