1.First create a page Guest blog on this site on your website.

2. Create a form including Name Address as complete details about the author.

3. Collect the E-mail address.

4. Go to Blogger Dashboard.

5. Go Settings > Basics > Permissions > add authors > Enter E-mail Address .

6. Wait for the author to respond to the invitation. As he accept invitation he will ab able to write on the your blog.

But keep in mind to set the permission to ' Author ' not to 'Admin' as this may harm your blog.
